I drink a lot of coffee but this is my favourite place to drink it. The staff are amazing and always welcoming. The food is always good and fresh and the coffee itself excellent. Some branches of Costa don't feel cared for by the staff that work there, but this one does and as a result, there are a lot of regulars who love the place.

Today I took a little stroll into Thorpe bay Costa, little did I know that it would change my life. A very scrumptious chap called Jack served me an extra salty caramel latte, he was so polite and even gave me extra milk … and this little kitten loves his milk. I also got a coffee which was very good too. Would recommend to a friend.

Great experience, Cameron was super considerate and after ordering soy mocha and soy hot chocolate asked if I would like chocolate powder but it contained dairy. That extra touch of kindness goes a long way especially with dairy intolerance. Thank you Cameron
